Q. Do other Weapons other than firearms require a separate licence?

A. Double Edged Daggers, Flick Knives, Knuckle Dusters and Sword Canes require permits in most States and even Handcuffs and Cross Bows require permits in NSW. Imitation Guns and Water Pistols painted black are prohibited in most States.

So beware! If it looks like a gun it is a gun in most State's legislation. A correctly licensed Armourer will have all the required permits and will be able to provide your production with all of your weapons needs be they firearms or other prohibited items.
