3. If we are filming near the border can we cross over the border with the weapons for a few scenes?

 

A. It is important to know that each State has it's own licence system and the Armourer must be licensed for the State that the film is being made in. If you employ a professional Armourer he will be able to fly or drive into any State with his weapons, complete with all the paperwork for that State if required, do the work and return home without a hitch to your production.

You cannot simply cross the border and hope that nobody will notice.
